About Us
Meet The Founder
Tim Darlington
At home with my daughter, Morgan, and two sons, Campbell and Foster.
Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and worked for several years as a mechanical engineer before leaving for a more hands-on career. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked as a framer and maintenance man. In 2004, Tim founded Darlington Home Maintenance LLC. After four years of success, he expanded into residential remodeling, renaming the company Darlington Renovation & Repair in 2008. In 2016, he dropped "Repair" and added new home construction — reflecting the full-service general contracting business it is today.
Tim is a full-service general contractor specializing in large-scale renovations and new home construction, with a passion for restoring the character of Denver's older homes.

More About
Our normal business hours are 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. To maintain balance and family time, site meetings are scheduled within these hours; initial phone consultations can be arranged outside of them.
Contact us for a 15-minute screening call about your project. If the scope and timing are a good fit, we'll set up an in-person site visit to discuss ideas, ballpark pricing, and next steps — whether you're renovating, building new, or somewhere in between.
