TIM DARLINGTON earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and worked for several years as a mechanical engineer at Denver International Airport as well as the Denver Tech Center. Seeking a new challenge, Tim decided to leave the engineering world for a more hands on career. Prior to starting his own firm, Tim was employed as a framer and maintenance man. In 2004, Tim started his own company, Darlington Home Maintenance LLC and after 4 years of success decided to expand his business to remodeling residential homes. He changes the name of his company to Darlington Renovation & Repair in 2008 and dropped "Repair" in 2016. Tim and his crew of 6 have become experts on restoring the beauty to Denver's older homes.

Darlington Renovation is currently taking on multi-month medium to large residential projects. Generally budgets of $80k and above.
Contact us to have a 5-10 minute screening discussion about your project. If your project scope and timing are a potential fit, an in person meeting at your site can be arranged to discuss ideas, ballpark pricing and plans to move forward.
Our normal business hours are 8a - 4:30p M-F. In an effort to have balance and family time, we are scheduling site meetings only during these hours. Initial phone consults can be made outside of these hours
